optimale Strategie wird aktuell immer noch diskutiert. Wissenschaftler haben nun untersucht,
welche Faktoren einen Einfluss auf postoperative Erkrankungen eines primär erworbenen
Attikcholesteatoms haben. Die Autoren nahmen an, dass minimalinvasiv, schleimhautschonende
Operationstechniken einen positiven Effekt auf die Ergebnisse in Bezug auf Rezidive
haben.
